Standard Items
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund of the purchase price of any item if you change your mind. Simply return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Packaging and delivery costs are non-refundable.

For your protection, when returning products, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the items to us

Bespoke items

We regret that we cannot offer refunds for bespoke designs that are personalised as per your request.

Damaged or faulty items

In the event of an error where Memories and Gifts are at fault, if an item has arrived damaged or a bespoke item has not been made with correct details as agreed on your order agreement, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
