Delivery & Returns

Delivery Options to UK Addresses:

Standard delivery

Royal Mail Second Class, weight dependent calculated at checkout. (Free on orders over £30)

Almost all our gifts and cards are despatched via Royal Mail, however on occasion we may use a courier for some of our bulky gifts.

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.

We do not stock personalised items as our products are lovingly made to order, we aim to dispatch non-bespoke items and bespoke items that do not need proofs in 3 working days from full payment being received (unless otherwise specified)

Bespoke orders that require proofs agreed will be dispatched within a period agreed between the buyer and Memories and Gifts.

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates only. Occasionally, especially during busy times of the year, delays can be occurred.
We will always do our utmost to get the delivery to you as fast as possible.
Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays.


Standard Items:
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund of the purchase price of any item if you change your mind. Simply return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Packaging and delivery costs are non-refundable.

For your protection, when returning products, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the items to us

Bespoke items:

We regret that we cannot offer refunds for bespoke designs that are personalised as per your request.

Damaged or faulty items:

In the event of an error where Memories and Gifts are at fault, if an item has arrived damaged or a bespoke item has not been made with correct details as agreed on your order agreement, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
