Shipping policy
STANDARDÂ SHIPPING
Our standard shipping typically arrives in 4 to 7 working days when no upgrades are applied.
Note that if there are any changes to this estimated time of arrival, you will be notified in the product listing. For example, our save the date take us a little longer to make.
- Charged Standard shipping - For orders under £30, your order should be with you 48 hours after the item has been made and shipping will be charged accordingly.
- Free shipping - For orders above £30, your order should be with you 48 hours after the item has been made via our free postal service.
- Upgraded free shipping (48hr) - For orders above £30, your order should be with you 48 hours after the item has been made via our free tracked service.
SHIPPING UPGRADES
We are happy to provide shipping upgrades at checkout to ensure you get the right service you require. These services include:
- Tracked 48hr (Arrives in 4 to 6 working days)
- Tracked 24hr (Arrives in 3 to 5 days inc. Saturday delivery)
NON-STANDARD SHIPPING
You may wish to request another method of delivery. We are more than happy to accommodate for this for whatever the reason may be. In these cases, we may apply an administration fee. Please contact us to discuss this option.
WORKING DAYS
All of our shipping follows the UK business day calendar. This means that weekends and bank holidays may extend the time of our delivery to you.
PROCESSING TIME
All our items are handcrafted once you complete your order. Our processing time is typically between 1-3 days. During busier periods, such as Christmas, please allow up to 5 working days for us to make your products. Postage time is then added on to the processing time.
If we are taking a break, then we will alert you via our email banners and shipping times. Once your item has been completed, we will start your delivery using the shipping method of your choice.
Processing time may vary per product and so the Estimated Delivery drop down should be checked prior to placing your order.
BULK / SPECIAL REQUESTS
We are more than happy to complete bulk orders or special requests for any of our products / services. The above information may not apply to your order and so should be delt with at quotation stage. Within our quotes, we specify carriage charges and any terms (insurance etc).
